So for the past week, pixiv has been super frustrating and showing blank pages if I don't refresh a million times. And while I can get the fics to eventually show up, no amount of F5ing makes the art load, which distressed me more than I really want to admit. But the problem seems to have spontaneously fixed itself in the last 15 minutes!
except now LJ is fucking up. guys seriously when did surfing the net turn into a zero-sum experience
Well, if it has to be one or the other, I guess I'll take pixiv because for some reason it's blocked by my workplace filter. I mean. Not that I read LJ when I'm at work. All I do at work is of course focus my undivided attention on the tasks at hand. Obviously.

So I realised today that my PS3 does, in fact, play DVDs, so I've been lying everytime I tell people that I have no DVD player in my room. And it only took me three years to figure this out. Also, I was somehow under the impression that it was Tuesday and I accidentally worked an hour of OT. So... some days you don't... win I guess?? (although I sort of win since I have gained a surprise DVD player, except it wouldn't be a surprise if like... I knew how to read manuals, I guess)
And I accidentally started reading X-men: FC fic. From reading comments about the fandom, I thought it was all going to be about how Magneto was totally justified in trying to start WWIII and Professor X is wrong in all things because he's a member of the kyriarchy (?), but it's actually been surprisingly entertaining! Although. Uh. I guess I should also watch the movie at some point. Which I... can actually do now. Because I have a DVD player by surprise.

Also started watching No. 6. Went into it not knowing anything except that apparently it's not really very heterosexual. I can at least report that this was not false advertising.

So, youtube recommends me nothing but endless videos of Maru. But there is very little in this world that cannot be improved by endless videos of Maru, so fair enough.
Also, I started watching Tiger & Bunny. It's actually really enjoyable! Except every time Barnaby opens his mouth, all I hear is this.

I really want some frog leg porridge. The place near my office only opens in the evening and I haven't had any for like yearsssssss. q_q
Well my dad says it's animal cruelty, but I have also been known to consume foie gras which is probably worse, so idk. don't judge me. BASICALLY MEAT IS ANIMAL CRUELTY, but my sister watched food inc when it aired on tv and she's not vegetarian right now or anything. I guess I feel bad in the sort of way that doesn't actually stop me from eating any of it, so, you know, basically a level of remorse that is of no practical use whatsoever.

Picked up Dragon Age II (the preorder version even though I didn't preorder so o/)
but I am forcing myself to finish Tales of Graces first before I start on it ;o; I'm on the way to Phodra now so I guess I have like another one and a half acts to go. Ahh I am so excite though. ;o;
